A lot of us go into investments. That is where we get income other than from regular 15-day/monthly paid jobs. We buy then sell at a profit. If the market seems to go down to losing then we sell to cut the losses.
The stock market is a common example. Then there are the mutual fund businesses under the insurance companies. So are the real estate business, condos rising and land property developments expanding to farther locations as the metropolis is getting dense.
